Preparation

  1. Wood: Spelt flakes in the pot
  2. Fire: Buckwheat flakes
  3. Earth: brown sugar, cinnamon, finely chopped cashew nuts
  4. Metal: Oat flakes 
  5. Water: cold water and stir everything well
  6. Wood: refine with a dash of lemon juice
  7. Fire: bring everything to the boil for approx. 5 minutes
  8. Wood: serve with fresh orange and yogurt

The dish strengthens the element of wood.
To strengthen another element, simply add more ingredients to the circle of 5 elements. The rounds can be repeated as often as you like.
