Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Fire: Heat the pot
  2. Earth: Melt the butter in it
  3. Metal: add a pinch of nutmeg 
  4. Water: 1 pinch of salt
  5. Wood: Stir in green spelt meal and chopped parsley 
  6. Fire: add a pinch of thyme 
  7. Earth: Fold in the egg and stir until a smooth dough can be separated, leave everything to cool
  8. Soil: Heat the vegetable stock
  9. Cut the green spelt dumplings and leave to infuse in the vegetable stock for 20 minutes
