Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Soak 400 g dried lentils in plenty of cold water overnight
  2. Pour away the soaking water and rinse the lentils thoroughly
  3. Water: Put the plate lentils in the pot
  4. Wood: add tomato puree and white wine
  5. Fire: 1 pinch of rose paprika
  6. Soil: and fill up with 500 ml vegetable stock. Add finely chopped carrot, agave syrup and clarified butter
  7. Metal: Add finely chopped leek, onion and 4 whole peppercorns
  8. Water: season with salt and simmer the dish over a low heat for approx. 1 hour. As soon as the lentils are soft, remove ingredients such as peppercorns if necessary
  9. Wood: season with lemon or wine vinegar
  10. Fire: and sprinkle the finely chopped feta cheese over the dish
