Preparation

Preparation: 
Cut the cucumbers into thin slices.
Chop the dates into fine pieces.
Finely chop the fresh dill.
Peel the grapefruit and cut into small pieces.

For the sauce:
Pour the olive oil into a bowl,
Add the dates,
Add mustard and refine with colored pepper,
Fold in the chopped dill and season with salt,
Add plenty of lemon juice and the buttermilk and mix well.
Mix the cucumbers with the sauce and garnish with the grapefruit.

This fits:
freshly baked → Baguette

The dish strengthens the element of fire.  
To strengthen another element, simply add more ingredients to the circle of 5 elements. The rounds can be repeated as often as you like.
