Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Fire: Heat the pot
  2. Soil: Add olive oil
  3. Metal: finely chopped onions 
  4. Metal: fry everything briefly with finely chopped garlic
  5. Water: and deglaze with 1/2 l cold water
  6. Wood: Stir the green spelt meal and the yeast flakes into the cold water
  7. Fire: add chopped peppers
  8. Soil: add the diced potato, carrots and beans and cook for approx. 10 minutes
  9. Metal: add the spices, curry, nutmeg and savory
  10. Water: Salt
  11. Wood: add the chopped tomatoes and cook for a further 10 to 15 minutes
  12. Wood: refine with sour cream

Freshly baked baguette

The dish strengthens the element of wood.
To strengthen another element, simply add more ingredients to the circle of 5 elements. The rounds can be repeated as often as you like.
