Ingredients
- Spelt flakes
- Buckwheat flakes
- Brown cane sugar
- Cinnamon
- Hazelnuts
- other seeds e.g. linseed, psyllium seeds
- sweet apple
- Oat flakes
- Cold water
- squeeze of lemon juice
Preparation
- Wood: Spelt flakes in the pot
- Fire: Buckwheat flakes
- Soil: brown sugar, cinnamon, hazelnuts and other seeds such as crushed linseed
- Earth: add finely grated sweet apple
- Metal: Oat flakes
- Water: cold water and stir everything well
- Wood: refine with a dash of lemon juice
- Fire: bring everything to the boil for approx. 5 minutes
This fits:
Yoghurt made from cow's, goat's or spicy milk (wood element) or alternative yoghurt varieties made from oats, coconut, almonds, soy etc.
The dish strengthens the element of fire.
Or refined with yoghurt, the warm cereal meal strengthens the element wood, because you can always take a step back in the element cycle.
