The following ingredients are needed for the dish:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 pc. Ginger (the size of a hazelnut)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 200 g red lentils (uncooked)
- 450 ml vegetable stock
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 300 g chard
- Pepper
- Salt
Preparation
The recipe is cooked in the nutritional cycle according to the 5 elements as follows:

1st soil: Pour olive oil into a hot pot.
2nd metal: Sauté the onions until translucent, add the garlic, ginger and cumin and fry for approx. 2 mins.
