Preparation
Add the bulgur to hot water and stock and leave to soak.
In the meantime, chop and prepare the salad ingredients.Â
Dice the beef tomatoes and mix with the chopped fresh mint and parsley. Add the lemon juice and fold in the chopped feta, carrots and cucumber pieces.Â
Season with olive oil, a chopped onion, pepper and salt.
